Salary: $130,900 – $251,900 USD per year (with specific ranges for San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area of $165,600 – $272,300 USD per year)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain executive voice and platform for the Corporate Vice President, ensuring consistency across messages and channels.
• Craft strategic executive narratives, enhance reputation through content development, and manage executive social media presence.
• Create internal and external executive communications materials, including briefing documents, messaging, presentations, and social media posts.
• Lead internal communications and events, supporting employee experience and culture through ad-hoc communications, newsletters, and town halls.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives on communication strategy and positioning.
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights to shape messaging and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field AND 6+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience supporting executives in an executive communications or strategic storytelling role at global organizations.
• 4+ years of experience independently managing cross-functional projects and communications.
• Experience interfacing with C-level executives.
• A track record of designing and implementing effective systems, processes, and tools for a communications team or function.
• A strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information and propose solutions.
