What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide communication strategies and a team of communication professionals.
• Draft, edit, and manage executive-level communications, including CEO messages and leadership updates.
• Provide strategic communication support during crisis or sensitive situations.
• Translate business strategies and organizational changes into clear, compelling messages for global audiences.
• Lead the evolution of internal digital channels, including intranet, workplace apps, and Microsoft Teams.
• Oversee the Community Giving program, ensuring alignment with strategic pillars, brand, and employee culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in internal communications.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, presentation, and message development skills with strong attention to detail.
• Expertise with different technology to support communication efforts (e.g., intranet platforms, Teams, copilot, AI tools).
• Demonstrated ability to manage change communications and navigate complex organizational environments.
• Strategic thinker with strong business and organizational acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
