What you will do
- Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design and execute high-impact engagement strategies across your territory.
- Serve as an expert Solutions Architect, building technical credibility with stakeholders to drive product adoption and vision.
- Enable clients at scale through workshops and developing customer-facing collateral.
- Influence the product roadmap by translating field-derived insights into strategic recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.
- Handle complex technical challenges in the Lakebase product line by acting as the tier-3 escalation point for the field.
Requirements
- 10+ years of transactional database (OLTP) expertise across engineering, product development, administration, and pre-sales, with a proven track record of designing and delivering client-facing solutions.
- 6+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting role, influencing technical executives, driving high-level data strategy and product adoption.
- Experience architecting solutions that integrate transactional data systems within broader Big Data, Lakehouse, and AI ecosystems.
- Proficient in programming, debugging, and problem-solving using SQL and Python.
- Hands-on experience building solutions within major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Undergraduate degree (or higher) in a technical field such as Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or similar.
