What you will do

• Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design and execute high-impact engagement strategies.
• Serve as an expert Solutions Architect, building technical credibility with stakeholders to drive product adoption and vision.
• Enable clients at scale through workshops and developing customer-facing collateral.
• Influence the product roadmap by translating field-derived, data-driven insights into strategic recommendations.
• Handle the most complex technical challenges in this product line by acting as the tier-3 escalation point.

Requirements

• 6+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting role influencing technical executives, driving high-level data strategy and product adoption.
• Undergraduate degree (or higher) in a technical field such as Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or similar.
• Experience in designing and delivering cloud-based Data Visualisation and Analytics Solutions, with the ability to advise customers in lakehouse analytics architecture, and demonstrated competence in data visualisation and analytics systems along with one of Azure, AWS or GCP cloud providers.
• Proficiency in programming, debugging, and problem-solving using SQL and Python, and hands-on experience building solutions within major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Broad experience and understanding across the fields of data engineering, data warehousing, AI, ML, governance, transactional systems, app development, and streaming.
• English: B2 required.
