Location: Remote with monthly Paris office visits (fully reimbursed). Hiring is restricted to candidates already based in France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, or the UK.

Salary: €65,000–€85,000 + Stock-Options/BSPCE

What you will do

• Shape the user experience across mobile, web, and API products.
• Work end-to-end on design, from research and UX to UI and design systems.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and cross-functional teams (Growth, Community, Brand, Machine Learning).
• Balance speed and polish, prioritizing product impact and pragmatic design decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate production and focus on high-impact execution.

Requirements

• Active portfolio with recent mobile UI work demonstrating strong design sense (typography, color, space, responsive design).
• Ability to balance speed with impact, delivering at pace without losing craft or consistency.
• Experience working with a design system and approaching design as an interconnected system.
• English: C1+ proficiency required, fluently articulating design decisions to various stakeholders.
• Cross-platform experience (mobile, web) in mockups and prototyping.
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, and good knowledge of graphic/animation tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects).
• Must be based in France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, or the UK.
