Email & CRM Marketing Specialist (Marketing): Building, launching, and optimizing highly personalized, data-driven email campaigns for subscription SaaS products with an accent on segmentation, A/B testing, and automated workflows. Location: You can work from one of our offices in the United States, Poland, Romania or Ukraine, or remotely from many countries. This is a fully remote role with global availability.

What you will do
- Configure and execute email campaigns using an in-house ESP, including segmentation and A/B testing.
- Build and manage advanced audience segments and multi-step automated workflows.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance through dashboards and key metrics.
- Own and continuously improve the internal email system to enhance usability, efficiency, and impact.
- Develop data-driven, personalized email strategies that drive engagement and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, Engineering, Marketing, and leadership to align email initiatives with business goals.
- Support the evolution of email marketing into an AI-driven, scalable, and best-in-class function.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
- Experience working with data, SQL.
- Experience working with HTML and CSS for building, customizing, and maintaining email templates.
- Hands-on experience with an ESP or in-house email system, including campaign setup, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and optimize campaign performance.
- Solid understanding of user journeys, behavioral triggers, and lifecycle communication.
- English level B2 or higher.
- Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian language.

- Familiarity with automation and AI-driven tools, or strong interest in applying AI to email marketing.
