What you will do

• Manage activation of customer data to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan (email, push, in-app).
• Continuously refine multi-channel communications and develop retention strategies.
• Support the team with technical setup of campaigns and user journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Define, track, and analyze success metrics for all campaigns, ensuring insight-driven and measurable activity.
• Own weekly/monthly reporting and ad hoc deep dives.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in Digital Marketing and CRM.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in SQL, AMPScript, and other programming languages.
• Ability to leverage consumer data (behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, demographic) for marketing insights.
• Commercially savvy, analytical, and data-driven.
• Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates.
• Organized, responsible, proactive, and able to prioritize.
• Ability to maintain a high pace of work.
• Fluent in English (B2).
• Ability to potentiate teamwork and keep team motivated.
