What you will do

• Review and analyse flagged gameplay to detect irregular patterns such as collusion, bot activity, chip dumping, or advantage play.
• Investigate suspicious account activity including multi-accounting, bonus abuse, and account takeovers.
• Monitor and review withdrawals to ensure accurate and compliant processing.
• Investigate failed or high-risk transactions and mitigate chargeback exposure.
• Conduct risk assessments using internal tools and behavioural data.
• Prepare clear investigation reports and escalate findings where required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Payments, Fraud, Risk, or Operations within the iGaming industry.
• Strong understanding of payment flows, fraud indicators, and gameplay risk patterns.
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Confidence reviewing large volumes of transactional and behavioural data.
• Strong written communication skills for reporting and documentation.
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings or weekends.

Nice to have

• Experience conducting gameplay or game integrity reviews.
• Strong Excel or reporting skills.
• Familiarity with fraud monitoring or back-office systems.
