What you will do

• Drive cross-platform impact to achieve globally optimal outcomes across the division’s core platforms and consumer products.
• Lead architectural pattern definition and dissemination to elevate the entire organization.
• Strategize and execute on urgent, high-stakes technical investigations as needed.
• Partner directly with General Managers to align technical roadmaps with commercial goals.
• Mentor staff engineers and raise the bar for cross-functional thinking within engineering leadership.
• Maintain a wide orientation to ensure end-to-end technical health across the division.

Requirements

• Proven ability to drive architectural consistency and technical excellence.
• Experience operating across core platforms and product areas to build globally optimal solutions.
• Ability to work across teams in the US and Brazil, requiring strong remote collaboration and cultural adaptability.
• Demonstrated success in aligning technical strategy with business General Managers.
• Experience with complex, high-impact problems at scale, including large merchant integrations and real-time decisioning.
• Strong communication skills to navigate between deep technical discussions and high-level strategy sessions.
