What you will do

• Analyze digital assets related regulations and translate them into clear business requirements.
• Act as the primary Compliance contact for digital assets trading teams.
• Support new digital assets product launches and business development initiatives.
• Engage with regulators, exchanges, and trading venues in the digital asset ecosystem.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and controls for digital asset trading.
• Deliver compliance training across the organization with a focus on digital asset markets and products.

Requirements

• A university degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory advisory, or risk within financial markets, with a strong focus on digital assets.
• Extensive knowledge of the regulatory framework applicable to digital asset trading, including MiCAR, AML, FATF Travel rule, and MiFID II.
• Proven experience in designing and structuring regulatory frameworks in complex and evolving regulatory environments.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to trading teams and provide pragmatic guidance.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, digital asset products, trading strategies, and proprietary trading environment.
