What you will do
- Orchestrate the strategic distribution of technical and non-technical personnel across the global football calendar.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile internal clients like FIFA and UEFA for resource forecasting and match-day allocations.
- Lead the implementation, optimization, and daily administration of the "Float" resource management platform.
- Manage end-to-end scheduling for a diverse pool of technical and non-technical workers, ensuring skill sets match project requirements.
- Support financial oversight, including internal recharge processes, cost allocation, and approval of invoices and timesheets.
- Drive innovation in internal database management and identify bottlenecks to improve allocation efficiency and data accuracy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in resource coordination, freelancer management, or large-scale operational scheduling, ideally within sports or live events.
- Experience with resource management software and data tools.
- Strong client management skills, including navigating relationships with high-tier stakeholders (e.g., FIFA/UEFA).
- Comfortable with financial acumen, including managing recharges, budgets, and invoice/timesheet workflows.
- English: B2 required.
- A solid understanding of football broadcast or event services and specific roles required for deliverables.
