What you will do
- Own end-to-end creative production delivery across EMEA and APAC, ensuring consistent quality and operational excellence.
- Lead regional planning, resourcing, and execution for large-scale, performance-driven creative campaigns.
- Work directly with clients and senior stakeholders to set expectations, manage delivery, and build trusted partnerships.
- Act as the regional point of accountability for timelines, scope, budgets, and delivery outcomes.
- Lead, develop, and directly manage members of the SparkWorks Creative production team.
- Own and evolve regional production processes, tooling adoption, and delivery models in alignment with global standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in creative production, operations, or delivery leadership.
- Proven leader of multi-market teams, with strong experience in people leadership and development.
- Proactive and highly organized, with a background in high-volume creative production.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial understanding of scoping, pricing, and delivery models.
- Systems-oriented, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and process improvement.
- Ability and willingness to work from the Amsterdam office three days a week.
