What you will do

• Lead the LiveOps direction for Cryptogram, including planning and running events and managing the calendar.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation and run kick-offs with development, art, and QA teams.
• Analyze product metrics and collaborate with analysts to launch and interpret A/B tests.
• Conduct competitor research within the puzzle/word game market to propose LiveOps improvements.
• Ensure the LiveOps roadmap is consistently aligned with the overall product strategy.

Requirements

• Solid experience in mobile game development as a Senior/Lead Game Designer, Producer, or Product Manager.
• Background in puzzle, word, match-3, or merge games is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of mobile games trends, features, and game/product design principles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze the market.
• Exceptional organizational and structuring skills.
• Knowledge of monetization trends in mobile games.
• English at intermediate level or higher.
• Fluent Russian required.
