What you will do

• Own the full P&L, managing investments for growth vs. optimization across UA and LiveOps.
• Define and drive a 12-month product vision focused on high-impact bets and core game health.
• Integrate product and marketing into a single growth system to improve conversion and retention.
• Build and lead a cross-functional A-team of Product, Design, Engineering, Economy, and Marketing.
• Establish a rigorous execution cadence of goals, sprints, and fast experimentation cycles.
• Design scalable processes for prioritization, performance tracking, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an end-to-end business leader within the free-to-play (F2P) industry.
• Ability to translate strategic product vision into a focused, high-impact roadmap.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills combined with deep product intuition.
• Track record of shipping meaningful improvements at speed and quality.
• Expertise in aligning product, UA, and LiveOps for measurable ROI.
• Experience building high-performing autonomous teams and managing performance.
