What you will do

• Develop and deploy machine learning models into production to enhance customer offerings.
• Co-create and standardize Data Science delivery processes from discovery to production.
• Utilize expertise in analytics and data storytelling to derive insights from user interactions.
• Guide and empower teams to measure key metrics and run A/B experiments for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure effective data collection for business insights.
• Conduct deep analysis into hirify.global's operations to identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Considerable knowledge and experience using advanced statistical techniques in an applied setting.
• Ability to write production quality code in Python and SQL.
• Proactive mindset, identifying issues and opportunities independently.
• Commercially minded with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable with complexity and developing a holistic understanding of systems to build solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience in Financial Data and/or Alternative Investments.
• Interest in investing or financial modelling.
• Knowledge graph experience.
• Probabilistic programming experience (e.g., PyMC, Stan).
• Causal Inference knowledge/experience.
