What you will do

• Turn raw and noisy data into meaningful business constructs and high-quality signals.
• Build new data tools and support existing ones using data analytics methods, algorithms, statistics, and business intelligence.
• Work closely with production teams and business stakeholders ensuring high-quality handshake in productization phases.
• Take an active part in the hirify.global data science community, share expertise, and drive initiatives.

Requirements

• M.Sc in a relevant field with strong quantitative skills.
• At least 4 years experience in Python/PySpark (or equivalent tech stack) in cloud environments in data-intensive companies.
• Proven visualization and presentation skills.
• Strong analytics mindset, with a good understanding of data and its limitations.
• Experience in working with the Python data science toolbox (Pandas, Numpy, SKlearn).
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working with large-scale panel data.
