What you will do
- Drive the IT strategy and high-level solution design for Transaction Monitoring and Fraud platforms.
- Lead a diverse, multi-disciplinary team of BAs, Developers, and Infrastructure specialists.
- Own the technology roadmap and ensure delivery aligns with business needs and regulatory mandates.
- Manage relationships and delivery quality for external technology vendors and staff.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT, Compliance, and senior business leadership.
- Ensure the end-to-end delivery of robust, scalable Financial Crime solutions in a regulated environment.
Requirements
- Previously held a Technology Management or Product Owner role within a banking environment.
- Strong background in Banking Compliance, Regulatory requirements, and Financial Crime technology.
- Proven track record of managing and leading multi-disciplinary IT teams.
- Solid understanding of the Regulatory space and its impact on IT architecture.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
