Product Solutions Architect – Operations & Accounting (FinTech)

What you will do

• Define standard configurations, reference architectures, and best-practice workflows for SimCorp One operations and accounting implementations.
• Advise operations leaders, accounting heads, and transformation teams on middle- and back-office workflows.
• Guide trade capture and processing, confirmations, T+1 settlement, reconciliations, collateral and margin management, corporate actions, fees, expenses, and regulatory accounting.
• Represent product leadership in client engagements and act as an escalation point for complex implementation guidance.
• Bring market intelligence and implementation learnings into product decisions, roadmap priorities, and reusable product configurations.
• Enable and train implementation teams on domain standards to support consistent delivery.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, product management, solution engineering, or senior client-facing roles focused on investment operations and accounting.
• Deep knowledge of trade lifecycle processing across asset classes, reconciliation processes, operational controls, collateral and margin management, and settlement models including T+1.
• Knowledge of regulatory and accounting frameworks, including IFRS, local GAAP, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience improving straight-through processing and reducing manual intervention in complex operating environments.
• Ability to advise operations leaders, accounting heads, and transformation sponsors and translate client requirements into product and implementation guidance.
• Strong strategic communication, consultative advisory, and stakeholder influence skills.
