hirify.global is seeking a Game Producer with outstanding communication and people management skills who can organize, write easy to understand user stories and subtasks, and has a proven track record of shipping high quality, free-to-play mobile games!

What you will do

• Run and facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective, and sprint backlog refinement.
• Coordinate with the lead producer and clients to communicate project status and manage simultaneous projects.
• Manage the team by delegating tasks, facilitating team members when production is blocked, and suggesting training programs.
• Evaluate employee performance and help set goals.
• Create, assign, and track character content and PM event tickets in JIRA.
• Create and maintain project documentation and biweekly production reports.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable and passionate about Free-to-Play games.
• A minimum of 2-4 years as an Associate Producer or Game Producer in video game development.
• Shipped multiple high-quality products as a Game Producer or Associate Producer.
• Experienced in using Atlassian and Google Suite.
• Outstanding communications and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with all development disciplines: programming, art, design and sound.

Nice to have

• Good understanding of Agile development with SCRUM.
• Know how to read and make queries in analytics systems.
• Developed your own games for fun.
• Love console and PC gaming.
• Base knowledge of Unity.
