 📰 We're looking for a CTO to own and scale our Product, Platform, Data, and AI stack — from customer-facing engineering to ML systems — ensuring they're production-grade, scalable, and strategically aligned.

 ⚙️ Key Responsibilities:
 • Define and execute technology, data, and AI strategy aligned with growth
 • Lead product engineering and shared platforms (identity, billing, APIs, experimentation)
 • Establish testing, release, and observability standards
 • Drive performance, scalability, and modernization of legacy systems
 • Own data platforms (real-time pipelines, BI) and ML from research to production
 • Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed team
 • Align Product, Growth, Analytics, and Engineering on priorities
 • Participate in executive strategy and technical diligence
 
 ⚙️ Required Experience:
 • Proven CTO/VP Engineering experience in multi-product, platform-based orgs
 • Strong background in modern web/backend stacks and large-scale production systems
 • Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability
 • Hands-on experience with data platforms, real-time pipelines, and ML productionization
 • Reasonable understanding of React, PHP, MySQL
 • Experience with C++, systems programming, real-time, audio, or high-performance architecture
 • Track record of building shared platforms and scaling distributed teams
 • Fluent English
