Recruiter (Executive)

We’re hiring an Executive Recruiter to identify, engage, and close top-of-the-market leadership talent across banking, tech, and corporate functions.
If you’re comfortable influencing C-level stakeholders and delivering high-bar hires in hyper-growth environments — this is for you.
What You’ll Do
— Recruit executive and senior leadership talent across global teams
— Partner with C-level stakeholders to define ideal candidate profiles
— Design and refine interview processes to improve hiring quality
— Build future-ready executive pipelines
— Lead screening, interviews, and stakeholder alignment
— Drive and close complex executive offers
— Ensure exceptional candidate experience
— Act as a market expert in your specialist domain
— Implement modern sourcing and recruiting methods
What You’ll Need
— 3+ years recruiting leadership roles in banking, tech, or corporate environments
— Strong experience influencing senior stakeholders and executives
— Proven delivery in fast-paced, high-growth environments
— Strong business acumen and adaptability
— Experience with ATS and recruiting analytics tools
— Excellent communication skills
— Fluency in English
Nice to have:
— Agency, fintech, or hyper-growth startup experience
— Additional languages
Compensation
— Poland: PLN 14,000 – 16,500 gross monthly
— Other locations: discussed during interview process
