What you will do

• Translate strategy and build a clear, compelling narrative around the company roadmap, key change initiatives, and overall strategy.
• Manage the rhythm, content, and delivery of core internal communications channels and meetings.
• Project manage the end-to-end production of the Group Annual Report and Interim Results.
• Own and deliver the company’s corporate PR and social media activity to strengthen the external profile and reputation.
• Lead communications for new business acquisitions or division launches.
• Run specific communication campaigns for internal change initiatives (e.g., new systems rollouts, organizational restructuring).

Requirements

• Experience in communicating through business transformation, acquisitions, or significant organizational growth.
• Proven ability to successfully deliver complex, deadline-driven corporate projects (such as Annual Reports, whitepapers, or rebrands).
• Confidence to advise senior leaders on communication strategies and push back when a message isn't clear enough.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to capture different tones of voice.
• Understanding of how a professional services business makes money and the difference between a service and a product.
• Ability to bring clarity and structure during periods of change and M&A.
