What you will do

• Build complex logic in Salesforce using declarative tools and orchestrate data flow between various SaaS applications.
• Manage product-usage data integration back into Salesforce for business context.
• Design and configure Salesforce Agentforce agents for autonomous tasks and integrate LLM APIs (Gemini) for smart summarization and sentiment analysis.
• Architect and optimize prompt templates for internal AI agents, ensuring brand consistency and implementing robust AI guardrails for data security.
• Automate traditional and AI-driven actions using Workato "recipes" and work within a cross-functional squad for agile delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience configuring Salesforce (Admin/App Builder level) and HubSpot.
• Experience with middleware like Workato (or Zapier) and Reverse ETL tools like Hightouch.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce and LLM APIs (Gemini/GPT), including prompt design and connectivity.
• Experience with routing management tools like LeanData.
• B.S. in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent technical experience.
• English: B2 required
