What you will do

• Define and own the end-to-end architecture for generative AI solutions, including model selection, infrastructure, data pipelines, and integration patterns.
• Lead the technical strategy for incorporating generative AI into internal platforms and workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with D&AI Architecture and Delivery Teams to define and deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party generative AI services (e.g., Databricks Intelligence Services, Azure OpenAI) and low-code platforms (e.g., Copilot Studio).
• Establish best practices for prompt engineering, RAG modeling, and fine-tuning.
• Ensure scalability, reusability, performance, and security of deployed AI solutions in production environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in software architecture, data engineering, or AI/ML solution design.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with generative AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, transformers).
• Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in a regulated industry (preferably healthcare or life sciences).
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferable Azure) and MLOps practices.
• English: Fluent required

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance in AI systems (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
