Senior / Principal Business Impact Lead (AI Solution Architect): Acting as a domain expert and solution architect to embed AI App R&D modules into core R&D routines for Fortune 500 companies with an accent on translating R&D processes into AI decision logic and ensuring product adoption. Focus on defining AI outcomes, driving client value realization, and influencing the product roadmap for enterprise-wide impact.

Location: Hybrid setup with 2–3 days per week in our Barcelona, Madrid, Munich or NYC office.

What you will do

• Act as R&D domain expert and solution architect for Aily App modules.
• Translate R&D routines into product requirements and AI decision logic.
• Drive client value realization by leading deployments and guiding R&D data readiness.
• Define and own data requirements and AI fine-tuning needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Chief R&D Officers and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure AI is embedded into daily R&D decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor, Master, PhD, or MBA degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of R&D decision-making in large enterprises, including portfolio governance and clinical development processes.
• 5+/7+ years of experience in R&D strategy, pharmaceutical consulting, clinical operations, portfolio management, or innovation leadership roles.
• Tech-savvy profile with fluency in data and AI concepts.
• Proven experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients.
• Extreme ownership mindset and strong communication skills with senior R&D and executive stakeholders.

• Background in tech consulting, solution architecture, or product-facing roles.
• Experience with AI-powered, analytics, or data-intensive R&D products.
• Exposure to enterprise SaaS environments.
• Experience mentoring, leading, or scaling small teams or domain practices.
