What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact and advisor for Tier 1 merchants, ensuring they get the most out of hirify.global’s ecosystem.
• Develop and execute account plans focused on long-term value and commercial targets.
• Lead business reviews and commercial discussions with senior stakeholders, translating logistics into business impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Merchant Success teams to ensure seamless, high-quality service.
• Maintain high data integrity in Salesforce, ensuring transparent and reliable forecasting and progress.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Account Management or Business Development, preferably within e-commerce or logistics.
• Proven track record of building trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including the C-suite.
• Comfortable navigating complex commercial contracts and long-term account planning.
• Skilled negotiator and presenter who can simplify the complex.
• Language: Fluency in both Norwegian and English is a must.
