Global Senior Leave of Absence & Time Off Business Partner

We’re now hiring a Global Senior Leave of Absence & Time Off Business Partner to architect and elevate our global leave framework across 35+ countries.
This is a senior-level, high-impact role combining policy strategy, governance, operational excellence, and stakeholder leadership.
What You’ll Own
Policy Strategy & Governance
— Design and maintain a global leave & time-off framework
— Develop policies covering family leave, medical leave, sabbaticals, accommodations
— Balance local compliance with global consistency
— Monitor legislation and proactively update policies
— Define governance, ownership, and escalation models
Operational Leadership
— Lead implementation and optimization of leave processes
— Partner with People Tech, Payroll, HR Systems (Workday)
— Drive automation, scalability, and efficiency
— Build SOPs, manager toolkits, and training materials
— Act as escalation point for complex or high-risk cases
Stakeholder Partnership
— Collaborate with regional People teams, Legal, Payroll, HR Ops
— Align leave programs with total rewards and wellbeing strategy
— Lead communications around policy changes
— Manage external vendors if required
Advisory & Mentorship
— Serve as global subject matter expert
— Mentor regional partners and elevate global maturity
What We’re Looking For
— 8+ years in HR, total rewards, or leave program management
— Deep knowledge of EMEA leave and disability regulations
— Experience designing and scaling global leave programs
— Familiarity with Workday and time tracking systems
— Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
— Ability to influence without authority in a matrix environment
— Excellent judgment handling sensitive matters
