What you will do

• Design, build, and evolve reliable platform services for data validation and observability.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of complex backend systems, including API design and data modeling.
• Drive technical direction and engineering standards for platform capabilities.
• Own the full service lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate reusable platform capabilities.
• Implement AI/ML-enabled solutions to improve platform reliability and developer automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience owning services end-to-end, including design, deployment, and operational support.
• Strong proficiency in system design, API design, and data modeling.
• Experience with CI/CD, monitoring, and operational tooling in cloud-based environments.
• Work authorization in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Background in data platforms (Kafka, Trino, Presto).
• Practical experience with MLOps and AI-driven development tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).
• Understanding of statistical methods and ML libraries like scikit-learn or XGBoost.
