What you will do

• Articulate user journeys, behaviors, needs, and pain points to define product priorities.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to in-market iterations.
• Collaborate with Product Design and Engineering teams on UX reviews and technical solutions.
• Own the user story process from creation through acceptance.
• Synthesize customer and business needs into product priorities and requirements.
• Oversee and guide a small product team, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager, including leading and managing a small team.
• Proven ability to navigate iterative product development and spearhead innovation lifecycles.
• Strong ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights for decision-making.
• Experience translating user and business needs into functional requirements using agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for external and internal audiences.
