What you will do

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for identifying, cultivating, winning, and launching new partnerships in North America.
  • Balance acquiring high-volume, good-fit partners with larger strategic targets.
  • Support existing partners who show meaningful upside for growth.
  • Work closely with the GTM organization to facilitate the acquisition of new partners.
  • Streamline the process between partner acquisition and management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS partner development and sales.
  • Proven ability to excel in contract negotiation and scaling partnerships with a focus on revenue generation.
  • Demonstrated experience in targeting, onboarding, and setting partners up for accelerated growth in the NA market.
  • A data-driven strategist adept at harnessing insights for partner acquisition.
  • Mastery of time management and project execution.
  • Solution-orientated approach to benefit end-users, partners, and hirify.global.
