What you will do
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for identifying, cultivating, winning, and launching new partnerships in North America.
- Balance acquiring high-volume, good-fit partners with larger strategic targets.
- Support existing partners who show meaningful upside for growth.
- Work closely with the GTM organization to facilitate the acquisition of new partners.
- Streamline the process between partner acquisition and management.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS partner development and sales.
- Proven ability to excel in contract negotiation and scaling partnerships with a focus on revenue generation.
- Demonstrated experience in targeting, onboarding, and setting partners up for accelerated growth in the NA market.
- A data-driven strategist adept at harnessing insights for partner acquisition.
- Mastery of time management and project execution.
