Salary: $168,000—$330,000 USD

What you will do

• Effectively manage a global team of senior security analysts and investigators.
• Drive quickly towards clarity in complex and ambiguous situations, including customer and employee facing incidents, and sensitive investigations.
• Manage large incidents directly, serving as an incident commander.
• Guide partner teams to strategically enhance our mitigation tools and defense posture based on post-incident analysis.
• Participate in the design and execution of tabletop exercises to test our incident response processes and technical decision-making in simulated scenarios.

Requirements

• 15+ years experience in cybersecurity technical and leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of security incident handling, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Experience using security information management, orchestration and automation tools, forensics tools, and integrating them into automated response processes.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational environments and drive change.
• CISSP or other industry certifications are a plus.
