Software Engineer II (Fullstack): Building and supporting key client activation experiences, including scheduling, notifications, authentication, and post-booking experiences with an accent on shipping user-facing improvements and supporting experimentation. Location: Must work onsite from NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle hub location three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
Salary: $149,000–$175,000 USD Annually

What you will do
- Build and ship client-facing features across frontend and backend systems.
- Implement and support A/B tests and incremental experiments.
- Own and improve specific activation flows such as scheduling or ratings and reviews.
- Perform defensive UI work and help address edge cases and usability issues.
- Support debugging and triage efforts in collaboration with more senior engineers.
- Write high quality, maintainable production code and participate in code reviews.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience contributing to production systems and shipping user-facing features.
- Comfort working across the stack or interest in developing full stack skills.
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as React and at least one backend language, Python preferred.
- Strong execution skills and ability to deliver scoped work with guidance.
- Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including Product, Design, and Data Science.
