What you will do

• Assist in business development and research mapping strategies for partners and consultants.
• Create research ideas and manage existing candidate research projects.
• Support Managing Partners and recruiters with search strategies and presentations.
• Generate target company lists and contact details.
• Identify potential candidates using online and proprietary tools.
• Manage data quality and update confidential candidate records in CRM.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university with a graduation date of Spring/Summer 2027.
• Minimum 3.2 GPA required.
