What you will do

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to educate customers on the benefits of hirify.global solutions.
• Engage with customers via phone and email to generate signups for the PartsTech platform.
• Research prospective accounts using internal CRM tools, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Document all customer activity and maintain accurate account records in the database.
• Achieve assigned performance metrics and targets in line with business requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must reside within commuting distance of Bee Cave, TX.
• Professional speaking voice and strong phone etiquette.
• Strong work ethic and resilience in handling objections during conversations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to employ structured selling methods.
