What you will do

• Manage and support internal AI communities on Viva Engage, moderating key channels (Teams, GENAI mailbox).
• Communicate AI updates with clarity, creating engaging messages, FAQs, playbooks, and guides.
• Coordinate onboarding and learning sessions to enable AI capability building with L&D/SMEs.
• Maintain and refresh AI content repositories (KF GenAI Center SharePoint) for currency and discoverability.
• Monitor community participation and communications performance, generating weekly reports and iterating based on feedback.

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in communications, community or social media management, learning enablement, or project management.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Very good level of written English is a must.
• Coordination/project management capability and strong collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Viva, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of GenAI tools (e.g., Chat GPT, Copilot) and a clear passion for learning and experimentation.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI or broader technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience partnering with HR/L&D and internal communications.
• Some level of design skills (PowerPoint, Canva).
