Salary: $200,000 - $210,000

What you will do

• Manage a team of 4 leads and 6 individual contributors, providing coaching, feedback, and career development.
• Foster a collaborative and challenging environment for development team members, addressing issues and celebrating wins.
• Partner with production and studio leadership to deliver sprints and milestones on time and at the expected quality bar.
• Allocate engineering resources across pods to best match skills, knowledge, and project needs.
• Represent the engineering organization by surfacing concerns, proposing solutions, and maintaining alignment while protecting technical integrity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of game development experience, including 5+ years in people management, with at least one shipped title in an engineering leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams while delivering results.
• Deep expertise in at least one core engineering discipline (gameplay, systems, graphics, etc) and Unreal Engine implementation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills across disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to delegate effectively, manage competing priorities, and mitigate risk.
