Salary: $145,000–$170,000

What you will do

• Own and continuously refine the QA process, quality strategy, workflows, and test frameworks.
• Lead the internal QA organization and manage external QA vendor partnerships.
• Act as the primary quality partner, providing quality signals, risk assessments, and readiness input to development teams.
• Establish and maintain QA standards, documentation, and reporting.
• Oversee vendor QA strategy and performance, integrating with internal efforts.
• Own platform compliance and certification readiness, identifying and mitigating risks.

Requirements

• Shipped at least two games in a Lead QA capacity on consoles and PC.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing QA teams.
• Prior experience with TRCs/TCRs.
• Experience developing and executing test frameworks and plans.
• English: B2 required
• Work authorization for the US is required
