Information Assurance Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Fully onsite in Denver, Colorado, United States

Base salary: $115,000–$170,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Serve as the Information Assurance Manager for designated information systems and act as the primary cybersecurity contact for site stakeholders.
• Lead cybersecurity operations, policies, compliance activities, security awareness, and related security functions.
• Advise leadership on risk levels, security posture, emerging technologies, and system upgrades.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of information assurance safeguards across enterprise systems or designated security environments.
• Train, mentor, and develop cybersecurity team members while providing direction, oversight, and performance feedback.
• Deliver cybersecurity training and briefings and coordinate security information with customers, partners, leadership, and government representatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, information security, systems security, IT operations, or related areas.
• IAM Level certification, such as Security+ or an equivalent credential.
• Demonstrated experience leading direct reports or managing, mentoring, and developing cybersecurity teams.
• Experience with network or systems security, operating system administration, security auditing, system hardening, or enterprise technology operations.
• Experience with compliance-based auditing and assessment using frameworks or standards such as RMF, DAAPM, JSIG, NISPOM, SNAC, ICD-503, ACAS, SCAP, Nessus, FAA, PCI, ISO 9001, or HIPAA.
• Must be able to obtain DoD TS/SCI clearance and meet U.S. ITAR eligibility requirements.
