Salary: $85,600.00 - $149,400.00 USD

What you will do

• Act as a Product Owner and leader on a scrum team using Agile software development methodologies.
• Breakdown requirements into estimable stories and create delivery plans.
• Write user stories with direction from Product Managers, ensuring end-to-end feature analysis.
• Lead planning work based on customer research and UX design.
• Ensure system functionality meets design requirements through sprint reviews and stakeholder presentations.
• Assist in troubleshooting stakeholder issues and triaging defects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline; OR, 4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years writing IT business requirements through user stories or similar.
• Experience working on a dynamic team and presenting to individuals at all levels, including C-level executives.
• Self-motivated with customer service and analytical skills.
• Strong prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Internal Audit, Risk Management, Internal Controls, or Compliance experience.
• Experience with TeamMate tools and systems.
• Agile Software Development experience.
• Experience with Prototyping tools (Balsamiq, Figma, Miro, etc.).
