What you will do

• Lead marketing strategy with approval from the Executive Committee, Marketing Committee, and staff.
• Draft, format, schedule, and publish marketing content including email communications, social media posts, and website updates.
• Support marketing needs for programs, classes, performances, and special initiatives.
• Coordinate with the Director of Operations & Programs and Artistic Director to ensure accurate program information.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with FWDC staff to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing strategy, execution, communications, or digital content management.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic website updates.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
• Comfort working within a committee-led structure.
• Alignment with FWDC’s mission and values.
