What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute regional trade shows, conferences, partner events, and field marketing activations from end-to-end.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, signage, giveaways, and post-event reporting.
• Own lead capture and follow-up process to ensure seamless transition from event engagement to sales action.
• Support the local Axis Experience Center (AEC) with coverage by ensuring the AEC is always event-ready.
• Act as a hospitality lead during AEC customer meetings and events.
• Own regional marketing reporting to provide monthly highlights to the Field Marketing Manager.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, hospitality, and/or event coordination.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation, social media, and CRM tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
