What you will do

• Spearhead marketing strategy for a new betting product launch in UK.
• Build out and manage a network of creator partnerships to drive product adoption.
• Develop and execute acquisition campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and affiliate channels.
• Own the localization strategy for messaging, creatives, and cultural relevance for UK audiences.
• Partner closely with product, growth, and compliance teams.
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Manage agencies, contractors, and external partners as needed.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of marketing experience, ideally in the betting space.
• Deep knowledge of the UK betting ecosystem, user behavior, and regulatory landscape.
• Proven experience launching or scaling a consumer product in UK.
• Strong background in performance marketing, influencer/affiliate marketing, or growth.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and attribution tools.

• Experience with sportsbook or iGaming launches.
