What you will do

• Project planning, scoping, requirements gathering, and validation with clients.
• Lead internal and external teams to successful execution and delivery of client projects.
• Monitor timeliness of delivery and manage project budgets.
• Establish and nurture relationships with customers, internal teams, and external suppliers.
• Seek ways to optimize delivery, client satisfaction, quality, and profitability.
• Report on project scope, financials, progress, and status to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2 years of experience in the localization industry.
• Proven project management experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Knowledge of the translation industry and its technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work a night shift is required.
