hirify.global is hiring a Directional Crypto Trader to run discretionary spot and directional books across digital asset markets.

What you will do

• Run a discretionary directional crypto book.
• Identify and execute high-conviction spot opportunities.
• Trade short- to medium-term market trends across BTC, ETH, and liquid altcoins.
• Manage risk, sizing, and drawdowns independently.
• Contribute to trading discussions and overall desk performance.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of trading experience, preferably buy-side, prop trading firm, or trading own capital.
• Demonstrable PnL track record (>$3m annual preferred) with clear solo contribution.
• Strong preference for Crypto asset focus; FX, Equities, and Commodities experience also relevant.
• Discretionary, directional trading style with strong tape reading and market intuition.
• Institutional-level risk awareness.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Crypto-native understanding.
• Self-driven with clear ownership mentality.
• P/A trading experience.
• Algorithmic literacy.
