What you will do

• Develop and maintain high-quality automated test scripts, and design automation frameworks.
• Lead risk-based testing, execute regression suites, and analyze results to prevent critical defects.
• Collaborate with developers to optimize CI/CD pipelines for immediate feedback.
• Analyze test metrics, suggest process improvements, and maintain test environments and data.
• Advocate for quality in cross-functional meetings and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Software QA with a strong focus on test automation.
• Proficiency in writing test plans and scripts, with foundational knowledge of automation tools, scripting languages, and modern testing frameworks.
• Ability to leverage generative AI and other tools to solve complex testing problems.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, with a high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
