What you will do

• Own business intelligence reporting across the company, including developing dashboards and performing ad-hoc analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business priorities and orchestrate data pipelines for insights.
• Help design and track OKRs, visualize data, and analyze performance to shape strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python.
• 10+ years of experience in data, data science, business intelligence, or product analytics roles.
• Ability to drive in-depth analytics projects from end-to-end.
• Excellent communication skills to partner with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Passion for building from the ground up, with a strong bias toward action and intensity.
