What you will do

• Research product hypotheses to optimize platform metrics for retailers and advertisers.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to scope insights and improvements.
• Communicate with stakeholders within and outside the team.
• Own results and business metrics for advertisers and retailers.
• Participate in late-stage sales process and building demos for prospect customers.

Requirements

• Proficient in BI tools for data analysis and building dashboards.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to translate business needs into technical language and vice versa.
• Excited to leverage massive amounts of data to drive product innovation and deliver business value.
• Proficient in SQL, well-versed in exploratory data analysis with Python.
• Adept at fast prototyping and providing analytical support for initiatives in the e-commerce space.
• Willing to develop and maintain effective communication tools to report business performance and inform decision-making at a cross-functional level.
