TL;DR

Senior Campaign Operations Specialist: Planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across diverse channels with an accent on meticulous planning, budget adherence, and targeted performance goals. Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in Milan, Italy. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office as part of the recruitment process, and in-person interviews are part of the process.

What you will do

  • Create and manage a centralized campaign calendar that consolidates campaigns across Inbound and Outbound for maximum impact.
  • Define clear goals, milestones, and KPIs with Product marketing and Field marketing.
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with briefs.
  • Track campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • Drive personalization and testing initiatives, continuously monitoring performance and optimizing activities to maximize ROI.
  • Define, refine, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for campaign execution, leveraging AI tools where appropriate.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in campaign operations, digital marketing, or marketing project management.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with preferable knowledge of project platforms such as Asana.
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rate.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
  • Proficiency with analytics dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of Data studio, Tableau, Sales force.
