What you will do

• Lead full-cycle implementation projects for new and existing clients across the EMEA market.
• Manage data onboarding, portfolio setup, and system configuration with precision, ensuring data integrity and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with certified partners to deliver scalable implementations and ongoing enhancements.
• Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and become a strategic partner in helping them achieve their goals.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on hirify.global’s platform and its application to wealth and investment management workflows.
• Contribute to playbooks, tools, and delivery best practices adapted for the EMEA market.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, SaaS, consulting, or a related client-facing role.
• Proven success in solution delivery, implementation, or client onboarding within wealth management, fintech, or data-intensive environments, particularly in Switzerland or the broader European market.
• Familiarity with investment data, reporting, and portfolio workflows.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in English and French (German or Italian is a plus).
• Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the country where this role is based on the first day of employment. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Basic scripting or programming knowledge (Python preferred) is an advantage.
