What you will do

• Develop customer engagement strategies in partnership with Account Executives within the designated territory.
• Coach junior Solutions Architects on use case prioritization and building technical champions.
• Influence stakeholders and C-level executives through complex engagements with the cloud ecosystem and 3rd-party applications.
• Act as a trusted advisor for data analytics architecture and the adoption of the hirify.global Data Intelligence Platform.
• Contribute to the technical community by developing customer-facing collateral and leading workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical pre-sales and managing the sales lifecycle.
• Ability to build relationships and orchestrate teams to influence C-level decision-makers.
• Prior coding experience in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Hands-on expertise with public cloud platforms and developing complex proofs-of-concept.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Experience within the regulated FSI vertical is a significant advantage.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn Apache Spark.
